II. MISSOURI STATE SCHOLARSHIPS
Three scholarships are offered each year. These requirements must be met:
Available in Even Years
A. Harman Trust Scholarship--$2500
For 6 hours of graduate credit toward specialist or doctorate degree
B. Missouri State Presidents Scholarship-- $2500
For 6 hours of graduate work toward a degree and/or certification beyond the master's or its equivalent
C. Merea Williams Scholarship--$1000
For 6 hours of graduate credit at the master's, specialist, or doctoral level

D. Harman Trust Scholarship--$2500
For 6 hours of graduate credit toward a specialist or
doctorate degree
E. Mayme C. Hamilton Scholarship--$2500
For 6 hours toward a degree and/or certification beyond the master's or its equivalent
F. Arria Murto Scholarship--$1000
For 6 hours of graduate credit toward a master's, specialist, or
doctorate degree
Payment procedures are outlined in the Missouri State Standing Rules. The Missouri State By-Laws and Standing Rules are the final authority in the administration of the Missouri State scholarship program. BRADFORD GRANTS-IN-AID are also
available--two at $1000 each awarded

Requirements: For undergraduate women who have completed a minimum of 75
college hours in a nationally accredited educational institution
*Payment of Grants--Following the last drop/add date of the semester in which the grant is to be received, the recipient will provide the state scholarship chairperson with an official verification of enrollment from the appropriate university/college official. The state scholarship chairperson will then forward a copy of the verification form to the state secretary-treasurer with a request for payment of the grant to the recipient.
Three scholarships are offered each year. These requirements must be met:
- must be an active Missouri DKG member for a minimum of 1 year
- must have completed a bachelor's degree
- show evidence of active participation and of demonstrated leadership in Missouri State
- show evidence of excellence in scholarship
- show evidence of service to the community
- complete credit hours at a nationally accredited institution of higher education
- completed course work by the end of the spring semester of the year following announcement of the scholarship
- must NOT be a current recipient of an International DKG Scholarship
- completed application postmarked by March 1
- official transcripts for all college work (including undergraduate)
- copy of official acceptance letter to specialist or doctoral program, if applicable
- four letters of recommendation (1 from chapter president, 1 from current principal, superintendent, or supervising college faculty member; 2 from other current teaching colleagues or administrators); these must be in sealed envelopes with the signature of the person making the recommendation across the seal, and they may be sent with the application

Requirements: For undergraduate women who have completed a minimum of 75

- preference may be given to the relative of a Missouri DKG State member--daughter, granddaughter, sister, or niece
- a DKG Missouri State Member must sponsor the applicant.
- forms may be obtained from your chapter president, or the DKG Missouri State website
- Required items to be sent to the state scholarship chairperson postmarked no later than March 1st preceding the academic year for which the grant is to be awarded:
- official transcripts of ALL college work
- official proof of enrollment
- all letters of recommendation requested on the application form

III. INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS
- Thirty scholarships are available yearly--$6000 amounts for Masters programs and $10,000 amounts for Doctoral programs
- These forms are due by Mar. 1st of each year.
