St. and MS; Retired from elementary teaching; Taught 1 year JH/HS at Humansville, 3 years of 4th at Wheatland, 2 years of 5th at Pleasant Hope, and 24 years of 2nd and 4th grade at Bolivar; was Registrar part-time at Bolivar Intermediate School for 14 years; husband Joe, loves reading, watching movies, and handwork Faye Peters 1984--39 years ofkpeters at gmail.com Lives in Halfway BS Ed, MS in Admin and Elem and Spec in Admin; Certificates in K-8, Jr Hi Soc Stud, Read Specialist, Elem Princ, and Superitendency; Has retired several times! Taught 4 years Windyville 7th/8th, 27 years Halfway (4th, 8th, Rem Rdg, Elem. Prin.; Retired from Halfway schools after 31 years, with her last position being principal, but also retired from the MO Association of Elem. School Principals as Associate Executive Director after 20 years, for a total of 51 years! She then started working at SBU! She is like the Energizer Bunny! She has a son Curtis and a grandson Jonathan. She likes reading, crafts, and definitely watching anything that Jonathan does! Kenna Presley 1993--30 years kpresley at windstream.net Lives in Bolivar, with hometown Aldrich BA 1-8, Retired from teaching; Kenna taught 20 years in Bolivar, mostly in 1st grade, but also looping from 1st to 2nd. She worked on Saturdays before she retired, so she rarely got to attend our meetings, but she still faithfully supports Alpha Tau, and we so appreciate that!! Her husband is Ray and children are Jody (and Andrea) and Jennifer. Kenna likes cross-stitching, reading, and watching her grandchildren play sports. She served in the Dallas Co. school system for 32 years as teacher, librarian, and technology director. She has been blessed with 3 children, 3 grandchildren, and 3 dogs. Cay has served at all levels of DKG and is a past Missouri State DKG president and has served as president of the Alpha Tau chapter. She was a member of the 2018 Golden Gift Seminar and has served on two DKG International Committees. She serves as a volunteer in several organizations and believes that each of us should give back to the causes in which we believe. In her spare time, Cay loves to read, keep company with her dogs, and research her family history.
